Do I get training?

Absolutely! Once you’ve done your technical setup to get Automated Video Clients running in your business, we’ll run an Onboarding Call and teach you exactly how to use it. Inside the system you’ll have access to a Quick Reference Tutorial, plus an easy-to-use Knowledge Base of How To Docs and Videos.

The Growth & Dominator Plans include an Essentials of Marketing training course.

The Dominator Plan also includes training courses on Business Development Essentials and Advanced Online Marketing. Plus, you will also have access to Group Coaching as well as a dedicated Dominator Community Group.

Do you offer support?

For sure! We know digital tools can be tricky until you get used to them, so you’ll have direct access to our support team using chat and email from inside your Automated Video Clients platform. If you can’t solve your issue that way, or you need urgent help, you’ll also be able to escalate your query to a Zoom call (Growth & Dominator Plan) and one of our team will help you fix whatever you need.

Can I upgrade or downgrade if I realize I need a different plan?

No problem at all. Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle, while upgrades will be calculated pro-rata.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course! When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and we will not charge you after that.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately not... in our experience the initial investment encourages people to genuinely implement the system and make it work for them, whereas those who don't pay upfront never give it the dedication it needs. However, our Love It or Leave It Guarantee covers you for the first 30 days of your subscription, so if you've done everything required and still feel it's not right for you we will happily refund you.

Will I need to rebuild my website if I already have one?

Not at all. Our technical team will help you plug everything into your existing website, whether it’s on WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix, or any of the other major platforms. If, at any point in the future, you feel you do need a website overhaul we’ll happily guide you on the best way to do that.

What if I’m already using a digital marketing agency?

Excellent! Automated Video Clients will help them get even better results for your video business. Plus, they can be added into your account and run everything from inside your own platform so that any work they do for you always remains your property.

How about integrations?

Automated Video Clients can be integrated everywhere, and where we don’t have built-in integrations, this can be solved using Zapier.

Are there additional fees?

It depends. To run phone calls, sms and emails each plan is given a fair monthly allowance based on industry norms. Should you exceed your allocation, you’ll be charged for your usage at highly competitive rates.
